Data corrections
For issues with a specific company record — wrong name, outdated address, incorrect USDOT number, duplicate record, or other display problem — use the dedicated corrections process.
Include the page URL, the field in question, and the public source that supports the change.

For data-source questions, directory feedback, or other inquiries not covered by the corrections page:

Helpful details to include
For a company-record question, include the CarrierDataHub page URL, the USDOT number, the field you are asking about, and the official public source you checked. For a terminology or guide question, include the page URL and the sentence or field label that seemed unclear.
The Data Team reviews directory wording, source mapping, missing-field handling, and correction requests. It does not manually qualify carriers, broker freight, resolve commercial disputes, or make private compliance determinations for a specific shipment.
What we cannot help with
- Official FMCSA record corrections — these must be submitted through FMCSA directly.
- Real-time authority or safety status — verify through SAFER or FMCSA Licensing & Insurance.
- Carrier recommendations or freight matching.
- Legal, insurance, or compliance advice.
